Sample Video & Audio Clips

Note: These video clips are not typical of Storm's talks, because there's no PowerPoint.  His normal talks feature numerous, dramatic before-and-after photos of our communities and nature being restored. They also feature many hilarious, appropriate cartoons.

These PowerPoint-less talks were chosen because it's near-impossible to feature both the speaker and the PowerPoint slides effectively in such video clips.  Thus, a PowerPoint- based presentation would constantly refer to slides that YouTube viewers couldn't see.

These clips will nonetheless give you a taste of Storm's style and message. It should be pointed out, though, that both of these samples were highly prominent venues with very serious audiences. So, Storm's style was a bit more constrained and formal than usual.

Extended Video Clip

Below is a 10-minute (the maximum length allowed on YouTube)

set of excerpts from Storm's keynote address

at the Ontario Economic Summit, November 14, 2007.

The Ontario Economic Summit is an annual, invitation-only, 1 1/2-day event sponsored by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.  Each attendee pays about $4000 to attend. Former President Bill Clinton was the keynoter for the opening reception, and Storm was the afternoon keynoter for Day One.  The conference was attended by the Premier of Ontario and many government ministers.
