Sample Video & Audio Clips

Caution: These video clips are not typical of Storm's talks, since there's no PowerPoint.  His normal talks feature numerous, dramatic, before-and-after photos of our communities and nature being restored. They also feature many hilarious, appropriate cartoons.

These PowerPoint-less talks were chosen because it's near-impossible to videotape both the speaker and the PowerPoint slides effectively. Thus, videos of his regular talks would constantly refer to slides that YouTube viewers couldn't see.

These samples were both prominent venues with very serious audiences, so Storm's style is a bit more constrained and formal. Being shorter talks written from scratch for these venues, he frequently refers to notes, which he never does in his "standard" talks.

With all these caveats in mind, please enjoy!

Extended Video Clip

Below is a 10-minute (the maximum length allowed on YouTube)

set of excerpts from Storm's keynote address

at the Ontario Economic Summit, November 14, 2007.

The Ontario Economic Summit is an annual, invitation-only, 1 1/2-day event sponsored by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.  Each attendee pays about $4000 to attend. Former President Bill Clinton was the keynoter for the opening reception, and Storm was the afternoon keynoter for Day One.  The conference was attended by the Premier of Ontario and many government ministers.
